Complete determination of site’s existing and potential qualities and physical characteristics, including; soils, geology, hydrology, solar exposures, wind, flora + fauna, views, etc.

Line and low voltage lighting for utility, circulation, safety, as well as, aesthetic and effect lighting.

Legal documents and specifications to ensure fair contract bidding and safety requirements.

Expertise in all phases and scales of work, from preliminary design, to implementation, including; equipment specifications, pumps, valves, circuiting, hydraulics, drip/spray/impact/rotor, etc.  Also soil moisture calculations.

Expertise and practical knowledge of natural systems, bio-dynamic farming and husbandry, Low Impact Development, and symbiosis in natural systems.  Expertise in erosion control, re-vegetation, and succession of plant communities in developed and scarred landscapes
